Shipping Options:

Thank you so much for choosing our products. For an overview of our shipping policy, please read the following instructions:

We currently offer four shipping options within the United States: Standard, 3-day, 2-day and Overnight.

Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Standard Shipping.” Free ground shipping is only available for A19/BR/candelabra /downlight/GU10/MR16/PAR/PLC/tube if the total order amount is above $1,000.-

If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.The cost for shipping is based upon the total order amount. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the “Invoice Note.”

Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, UPS, USPS or Truck Delivery (when the size and/or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers). Delivery timeframes will be sent to you via email. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

We only ship internationally to Mexico and Canada (with the exception of Quebec).


Damaged or Missing Orders:

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package.

Great news! There’s a label on the side of your packing of who packed your items. When calling or emailing regarding any damage or lost items to your package, please have this information ready for our Customer Experience Team.

Please call us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement. Please call us immediately at (713)-636-9152.

Be sure to double-check your address! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Turnaround/FedEx Orders:

The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time PLUS the time in transit. FedEx 2-Day Air orders placed before noon (PST) will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped out 5 days a week Monday through Friday.

To get an approximate idea of your transit time you can view the FedEx Transit Time Guide .  Remember to include our turnaround time in delivery calculation. If you need a rush order, call us at (713) 636 9152 and we will help figure out the fastest shipping options for your order. FedEx 2-Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii takes an extra day (3 days total).
